Bill insurance in every state in weeks. Own the contracts by year one.
Anvil is insurance billing infrastructure for virtual care. Launch in-network nationally on our credentialed 50-state PC now; we contract your own entity while you grow so the payer relationships end up on your balance sheet, not ours.

Live in weeks
Roster-add your clinicians to contracts that already exist. No new contract negotiation stands between you and your first insured visit.
Own the asset
Your PC, your contracts, your rates. We do the contracting work for your entity. You keep the result when you raise, sell, or switch vendors.
See the rate first
Look up what payers actually pay for your codes by state before you sign anything. During rental, the contracted rate and our fee are separate lines.
Two tracks from day one. One of them ends with you owning the contracts.
Most vendors stop at the first track. We run both, because a care company that never owns its payer relationships is renting its revenue.
Enroll under our contracts. Form your PC.
- Clinician rosters submitted to our payer contracts

What do payers pay for your codes?
The single most useful number in this decision, and the one nobody publishes. Pick a state and a code. No form.
What do payers pay for your codes?
Pick a state and a code to see the range.
The playbook on this site is the playbook we have run ourselves.
The people behind Anvil have launched and run insurance-billing care companies: virtual, hybrid, in-home, and in-person, across commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage. We built the platform we kept wishing existed.
Meet the team- Formed the PCand placed the physician owner, state by state
- Chased the roster-addand built the tracker that ended it
- Worked the MCO panelincluding the closed ones
- Sat in the auditand wrote the charting standard that passed
Model it, don't vibe it.
Questions, answered
How can we be in-network nationally in weeks?
Because the contracts already exist. Anvil operates a credentialed 50-state professional corporation with payer contracts in place. Your clinicians are added to those contracts as a roster change, which takes weeks, not the quarters a new contract takes.
Who owns the payer contracts?
During the rental phase, Anvil's PC holds them. From day one we also form your own PC, place a physician owner, and contract your entity with payers. As those come live, volume moves to your PC and the contracts, rates, and relationships are yours.
Can we see what we will be paid?
Yes. Before you sign, you can look up what payers pay for your codes by state. During the rental phase, statements show the contracted rate and the platform fee as separate lines.
Do you work with Medicaid?
Yes. Medicaid managed care enrollment and contracting, state by state, is part of the platform, and Medicaid contracting for your own entity is included in the Scale tier.
Is the structure compliant?
The rental phase is structured to align with the personal services and management contracts safe harbor under the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, with fees set in advance at fair market value. On top of that we structure your own PC for each state's corporate practice of medicine rules, which federal guidance does not address. Counsel reviews every structure.
What does it cost?
Pricing is published. A platform fee on collections during rental, plus fixed one-time and monthly fees for your own PC and physician owner. See the pricing page.

No form to look up rates. One form to get a contracting plan for your codes and states.
