Contracts in your name. Rates you can see.
Payer contracting for telehealth puts commercial and Medicaid enrollment in your name. You should never bill under a contract whose rate you cannot see. We show the range before you sign, the executed rate after, and our fee as a separate line.
Rollout order by covered lives, not by whoever answers first
Contracting is a sequence, not a batch. We order it so revenue lands earliest where you have clinicians and lives.
- Top 3 to 5 payers per state cover most commercial lives. We start there.
- Medicaid MCO panels worked state by state, with the closed-panel exception path.
- Rate proposals built from the published ranges for your codes.
- Renewals calendared from day one. The first renewal is where the rate moves.
- Every executed rate in your reporting, by payer, by code, by state.

Questions, answered
Do we negotiate with payers ourselves?
No, unless you want to. Anvil runs contracting for your entity: applications, rate proposals, redlines, and renewals. You approve the terms and you see every rate.
How long do contracts for a new entity take?
Commercial contracts for a new PC commonly land in 4 to 8 months. Medicaid managed care varies by state and can be faster or slower. Your clinicians bill under our PC the whole time, so this never gates revenue.
Can we see the rate ladder?
Yes. Before you sign, the rate lookup shows published ranges by state and code. During contracting you see the proposed and executed rates for your entity. Under rental you see the contracted rate and the platform fee separately.
What if a payer panel is closed?
We tell you before you plan around it. Closed panels are common in behavioral health. We work the exception path and, where it is closed for good, route that payer's volume through our PC until it opens.
Who holds the contracts after migration?
Your PC. Anvil manages them under your management services agreement. If you ever switch vendors, the contracts do not move.
