Solutions / Behavioral health

Behavioral health billing, built for the way behavioral health actually bills.

Behavioral health payer contracting is the bottleneck: you won a panel in one state and cannot replicate it in the next three. We do Medicaid MCO panels, ABA credentialing, and psychiatry credentialing across states.

Where generalists break

Payer contracting, credentialing, and the ops generalists miss

Medicaid MCO panels

State by state, plan by plan, often closed. We work the exception path and route around closed panels through the rented PC until they open.

ABA authorizations

Assessment, treatment plan, units, re-auth. Run as intake, tracked to the day, so sessions are never delivered unauthorized.

Supervision billing

Which license can bill what under whom, per state and payer. Charted to the rule, not to the hope.

IOP and PHP

Per-diem and bundled billing, facility and professional components, authorization cadence.

Collaborative care

99492 to 99494 and 99484, with the time tracking the codes require.

Eligibility that understands carve-outs

Behavioral health benefits are often carved out to a different administrator. The check has to know that.

Medicaid

Questions, answered

Do you handle Medicaid managed care?

Yes. Medicaid is the majority of behavioral health volume in many states and it runs through managed care organizations with their own panels and enrollment. We work Medicaid MCO enrollment and contracting state by state, and Medicaid depth is the reason behavioral health groups come to us.

What about ABA authorizations?

Authorization is an intake workflow, not a billing afterthought. We run it as part of the flow: assessment codes, treatment plan submission, units authorized, and re-authorization calendared before it lapses.

Can associate-level clinicians bill under supervision?

It depends on the state and the payer. We map which license types can bill what, under whom, in each state you operate, and we chart to it.

Do you support IOP and PHP?

Yes, including per-diem and bundled billing, facility versus professional components, and the authorization cadence those programs require.

Collaborative care codes?

Yes. 99492 to 99494 and 99484 for integrated behavioral health programs, including the time tracking the codes require.

Send us your payer list and your license mix.

We will tell you which panels are open, which payers are a roster-add, and how supervision billing works in each state.
