Will there be a revenue gap?
No. You keep billing through your current vendor until each of your own contracts is effective. Only then does that payer's new volume move. If your current agreement allows, we can also run new states on our PC during the switch.
How long does it take?
Your own PC forms in weeks. Commercial contracts commonly land in 4 to 8 months. Medicaid varies by state. Most switches complete inside 12 months without a single payer going dark.
What do we need from our current vendor?
Your clinicians' credentialing documents and any executed agreement terms about notice and non-solicitation. We review those before you give notice.
Can our engineers keep the same eligibility integration?
You will move to our API, which is designed to be a small change. Sandbox keys come first so the swap is tested before any volume moves.
What if a payer panel is closed for a new entity?
That payer's volume runs through our rented PC until the panel opens. You are never stuck on your old vendor for one payer.
